One of the main things that attracted me to my home was the location. Everything I needed was right on my doorstep and yet the area is so quiet and peaceful. I had looked at many flats and felt that a majority of them were just very small for my needs, so when I viewed this one, I knew straight away that this was the one for me!

The bedrooms and the living room were very spacious which was great because it meant that i did not feel too cramped when family members came to stay.

When the sun finally comes out the patio area outside is a real sun trap and it is nice to just sit there for a while and enjoy the day.
