The location is the thing that really made me love this property. The outlook from the balcony is great and it's so convenient. The shop just up the road made getting essentials a piece of cake and getting to the town or station was easy was well, both by road or the bus stop right outside!
Layout was also one of the things I particularly liked here, the rooms are good sizes for this type of property and the open plan kitchen/lounge area made entertaining a lot more social.
Obviously the NHBC guarantee will be a bonus for whoever lives here next, personally it's the convenience of the whole place I will miss the most.
