When I was looking for a flat the location and condition were important. It was ideal, Singleton offers so much with all the shops, it's so nice to be able to walk and get all the essentials.
I didn't have to do anything when I moved in and liked having the fitted wardrobes, it makes storage so much easier.
The allocated parking is obviously a bonus and having friends and family over was easy with the visitor parking at the back of the block.
By far and away the biggest thing that sold me the flat and indeed made me fall in love with it was the view. It's so nice to wake up in the morning, draw the curtains and have those views, my favourite is of the church.
