Outside
Double gates in the eponymous beech hedge give access to the tarmacadamed drive and lawned front garden which sets back the house from the village road. The large rear garden divides naturally into rooms. Close to the house is a flagged terrace leading onto lawns and a further seating area with a rose pergola; this is the nearer more intimate garden. Beyond lies a broader expanse of lawn with mixed hedges and established hardwoods including willow, birch and ash underplanted with daffodils and summer bulbs.
The tandem double garage is alarmed and has a garden door allowing easy access for mowers etc.
