We were living in Rudgwick and after many years of renovating the property we decided that we wanted to move to a new property as we had young children. We had connections to Southwater and always loved the family friendly feel of the village and good schools. When we came to have a look at this home we immediately liked the feel and privacy as it is tucked away in a cul-de-sac. The space was exactly what we were looking for and for a new build the garden was more than reasonable.
We have been very happy here but now the children are a bit older we fancy another project but won't be moving too far away.
