Property description
This spacious detached house offers a very interesting proposition for discerning buyers.
The property is superbly located at the end of a private lane, benefiting from no- through traffic, so it is extremely peaceful. The beach is only a short walk away.
This is very much a “lifestyle” purchase. As well as the location, the property lends itself to an extension and/or loft conversion (subject to planning permission being obtainable). The property is large enough now and could be "your" family home, with a little imagination.
The property has some charming character features including original open fireplaces and parquet flooring. These features compliment the modern amenities such as double glazing and gas central heating.
The gardens are stunning and offer a good degree of privacy. There is space for a double garage if required, as well as the large single garage already in place.
Rarely are such individual properties offered to the market place, so an early viewing is highly recommended.
Selsey is a popular seaside village with a good range of shops and amenities all within easy reach.

We have owned the house since 2001 and absolutely loved the stunning surroundings and feeling of space. It's in the perfect location, halfway between the beach and the shops.
The house was renovated shortly after we bought it and it was a fantastic family home. In more recent years, we have let the house, but the time is right for us to sell.
A few years ago we purchased an extra portion of land to the front which has made a tremendous difference and provides the opportunity for a double garage. We are selling the house with no forward chain, so a quick completion is possible.
