We fell in love with this house just standing at the gate and admiring the breath-taking sea views. Our elevated position means that we are not overlooked at all and we can see miles out to sea. We love the privacy and setting of our home which is close enough for us to regularly walk into Ventnor, or stroll through the park and botanical gardens down to Steephill Cove. From our back garden gate we can step directly on to the beautiful Rew Down — it's a walkers' paradise, with spectacular views all around. We have always appreciated the light and airy feel of our home and when friends and family visit there's ample off-road parking for them, and they always comment on how lucky we are to live in such an idyllic location… we couldn't agree more!
