When I moved to area I needed somewhere that was large enough to accommodate me and my two boys. I couldn’t believe the space on offer compared to a lot of the apartments I had viewed and the fact it has a large separate kitchen which a huge bonus for me as well as a lot of places where open plan. Being on the ground floor it meant I could easily keep an eye on the boys when they played out on the gardens and knowing there are gates at either end also give you the added peace of mind. Although it is not allocated there is plenty of parking here although I put my car in the garage. Now the boys have moved out I am fulfilling my dream of retiring to the seaside in Kent and I know the new owners will enjoy the property as I much as I have.
