When I was looking to buy 4 years ago, I was keen to find a house with plenty of space and for something in very good condition, so that I had no worries about maintaining it. When I saw this one I knew it was the one for me. Being brand new, I could move straight in. I love the open aspect at the front and the great parking. I absolutely love the location as it is such a quiet and pleasant place to live, yet the access to all amenities is brilliant. Both Chatham and Gillingham Town Centres are easy to get to and just along the road is Dockside Outlet Centre with even more shopping and multiplex cinema. I will be sad to move on, but I now want to move closer to family and feel it is time for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
