When I first bought this property it was a first time buy. I loved the fact that it was a 3 bedroom home that I could grow into as my family did, but also, as I worked in London, that it was so convenient for the station.

As time went by and my job moved I relocated so I rented the property out. It has given me a fantastic rental income and as it is a three bedroom home has attracted a more permanent and reliable type of tenant.

I have absolutely loved living in Tunbridge Wells. It has been so nice to be able to walk to all the fantastic bars and restaurants and not worry about a taxi home or the last train home!
