When I was searching for house 4 years ago, there was so many properties available, but nothing grabbed me. Having viewed over 100 houses I had all but given up then I saw this one. I am not quite sure why but I knew that this was the one for me, there was just something about it, even despite the fact that it did need some updating. In my time here I have re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom, replaced the central heating boiler with a far more efficient one, added double glazed doors; front and rear, fitted a new consumer unit, decorated and my biggest improvement was converting the cellar, which has given me so much more room. The location as it is a really quiet spot, being a dead end road, there is no traffic noise to worry about and I am so close to everything.
