I immediately fell in love with the house, it was perfect at the time for my 2 boys as the garden was a great size and it was close to the schools we had researched nearby. The main draw was location, we wanted to be close to the train station and the bus links as we as a family need to get to lots of different areas.
The style of house was also important as so many houses seemed to have bathrooms on the ground floor, which was not for us at all.
Being a keen cook to two growing boys, the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for us.
