My father owned the house for a very long time and has always enjoyed living there. Its a lovely big house and probably was a little too big for him in later years, but he loved where he lived so didn't really want to move.

Its big enough for a family to enjoy living here and if you have children then the nearby parks are great and canoe lake or even the seafront are only a walk away.

The house needs some work doing to it , but once they're done it would be a wonderful family home.
