We originally bought the apartment as a bit of a bolt hole as we were living in Spain at the time. We wanted to buy something however that we would want to live in ourselves as we always knew coming back to England to live was a possibility. So the sea views and parking space were things that we wanted.

It's an ideal location because you don't really even need the car to get to places of interest and we often take a walk along the seafront or out for dinner as there are some great restaurants close by.
