This house has been in our family for over 20 years, and has always been a happy home.
The location is great for the town centre which is a short stroll as well as being the same distance roughly to the mainline train station.
The house was extended to make the kitchen bigger and the boiler was replaced 5 years ago and has been services yearly. The house is also double glazed and we have always found the loft room very useful. We are selling chain free.
