When we first viewed this house, we were impressed by the sheer size throughout compared to other properties and instantly fell in love with the garden.
We have carried out some work to the house over the years, with the biggest job involving the removal of the chimney breast from the dining room and the bedroom upstairs, otherwise we have just decorated as and when necessary.
We created a pond in the garden and it really has become the focal point as the children love feeding the fish. There is rear vehicle access which we haven’t needed, but could be handy if you want to erect a garage like they have done next door.
We have enjoyed living here but now want to relocate to Folkestone to be closer to our parents.
