We thought that when we bought the property it would be our last move. We loved the area, the flat is always so warm and the neighbours are nice.

Since we have been here we have extended the lease and put in new double gazing making the heating bills very reasonable!

Due to ill health we need something without stairs but will be very sad to leave.
