I wanted a new style home so when this was found I just knew it was perfect for me. In the summer the garden is a fab place to BBQ and soak up the sun (South facing gardens) on the decked area and is easy to maintain and provide colour all year round. The house location is great, nestled in a small quiet residential area, practically backing onto Osborne House gardens. Being an outdoor person who loves sailing and walking, having the sea and river Medina so close has been ideal. A big advantage being in East Cowes are the excellent ferry links (practically on my doorstep) to Southampton. I will be very sad to see my home go, but life is taking me back to the mainland for family reasons. I wish the new owners all the enjoyment of living here.
