We were originally attracted by the plot size, giving us a nice frontage, as well as a good size rear garden.

The location was important and we haven't been disappointed with our choice and on top of that we have been lucky enough to have lovely neighbours.

We have done our best to keep the property looking good and have regularly dealt with things we felt necessary to keep the general maintenance, low.

We now feel the need to move a bit closer to our family and hope that whoever should buy our home will have as much pleasure from it as we have over the years.
