The loft space was converted back in the mid 1990’s and it has always been our master bedroom, it’s a great size with lots of eves storage, our peaceful retreat away from the bustle of family life. However when it was built we did not apply for building regulations consent, something the new buyers may wish to apply for retrospectively.
The lounge is definitely our favourite room, it's so bright and airy with lovely views over our private rear garden . And it is just perfect on warm sunny days, we love to open up both sets of patio doors, letting the breeze cool us down and really bringing the outside indoors.
