I bought this house about 5 years ago and since being here I have installed a new bathroom and re-decorated throughout. I have more recently attended to the garden and have laid new turf, which now makes it a nice environment to sit out on a warm summer's evening.

I found the position of the house within the close very good as it overlooks the green, which is very pretty in the summer. The location is particularly good if you need to commute as it is so easy to jump on the motorway.

I hope the new owner will be as happy as I have been here.
