It was my first house and I was looking for a period home that had all of the character features, but was practical both in size and location.

This property had both and I have loved living here, especially having the outside space in the summer where we could entertain guests.

For those of you that commute, Rochester train station is close by, with the high speed links into London and the Kent Coast. There are also bus stops to Chatham and Maidstone, which are really conveniently placed.
