We have lived here for 33 years which in itself probably says it all. We loved the size of the flat as well as the fact that it had it's own garden so when the opportunity came up in 1998 to buy it, we jumped at the chance. Since living here, we have completely transformed the flat and have fitted a new kitchen and bathroom. We have also re-decorated from top to bottom with new carpets and new light fittings. We also had new windows installed and a new boiler. The location is great and our neighbours are superb and we will certainly miss them but it's now time for us to down-size to something smaller.
