When I first bought the property, it had just been renovated so I could move straight in. I have kept the property as well as I can so hopefully the next owner will just have to put their own stamp on it before they do the same.

The kitchen/dining area was a big deal to me as a lot of properties this age have tiny little kitchens you can’t swing a cat in! Actually having a decent space made a big difference in initially going for the house.

The bit of outside space is ideal for me as I’m not really a gardener but anyone else who wants a bit more has plenty all around in general. We are blessed with a lot of outside space in Rotherfield so you should be covered there!
