Mum really loved this house because of the space, it was so much bigger than anything else that she had seen. The large lounge meant that she could keep her three piece suite and dining table and there was still room to spare.

The smaller size garden was also important to her. She wanted to make sure she had somewhere for a table and chairs to sit out when the weather was nice. She needed something that was easy to manage and wouldn't trouble her to keep neat and tidy.
