This place needed quite a bit doing, so it was always a challenge and I am quite pleased with the outcome, it certainly wasn't anything like it is looking today.

The house has been updated throughout with no stones left unturned, whoever buys it can be safe in the knowledge that nothing needs doing. I have changed the layout as well to maximise space and practicality. II have relocated the kitchen into the second reception, one because it was a bigger area and two it made total sense.

The decor is quite neutral so is very easy to change, if someone fancies adding their personal touch. I really do think the price reflects the quality.
