We've lived here around 13 years and would happily remain here if it weren't for us needing more bedrooms for our large family. However, we really want to stay in the area as there is so much we love about it - the shops, schools and amenities are all within easy reach. There's also gorgeous countryside on the doorstep with the beautiful Surrey Hills just up the road.

We've done a lot over the years to create our lovely modern home and it's good to be able to sit outside with a welcome drink after a long day's work. Having the garage is an added bonus which can always be used for extra storage if we don't need to use it for the car.
