I’ve owned this property since it was built about 13 years ago. What attracted me to the property was the location. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the train station and the restaurants, on the Broadway. Also Sainsbury’s is in close vicinity for the weekly shop.

The south facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy some sunshine and when friends come round it's a brilliant space to watch the sun going down sharing a bottle of wine.
