When I cast my mind back to when I bought the flat, it was definitely the view, great storage and such a central location that made me buy it.

We love sitting out on the balcony, being able to gaze out across the city towards the sea and simply watch the world go by. We even have a little herb garden on the balcony as it gets the sun all day long.

With new adventures on the horizon for us and moving out of Brighton we are not looking to buy on immediately and so there will be no onward chain.
We have many happy memories here and one of the things we will miss most is waking up to such a fantastic view.
