When we first viewed the flat, we were impressed at how much space there was, the wonderful views and the amount of light in each room. Finding out about the private garage, parking space and separate storage room in the basement was a bonus. The flat is very cosy in the colder months thanks to the communal heating, and lovely and cool in the summer with the balcony doors thrown open to the views over the gardens and to the sea. Additionally, Woodland Court residents have direct access to Three Cornered Copse, a secluded piece of park and woodland to the back of the complex which leads down to Hove Park. We have enjoyed our time here and are only considering moving on as our family grows.
