When it comes to transport links, I doubt you can argue how well connected you are, Blackhorse road tube on the Victoria line minutes up the road, as well as St James st, BR, fast links into Liverpool st via Hackney. Down the road is Tottenham Hale, as well as Hackney.
Walthamstow Market is at the top of the road, the famous east end market, in fact the longest street market in Europe, outside stalls, lots of shops and a modern shopping centre, in fact quite a lot of new Bistro's and places to eat are dotted along the road as well.
