When I first saw this Warner flat I loved the period charm and generous garden. Whether entertaining around the kitchen table or barbecuing outside it's a good space to have friends round (who have always complimented the flat). When we're feeling sporty Walthamstow marshes offer a great morning running route – followed by the papers in the garden with a fresh coffee. This has been a really lovely first home and we hope its next owners will be equally happy here.
