Walthamstow Village is minutes away as well, an area packed with very good places to eat, good bars, and boutique shops, on the weekends it is buzzing with all the pavements packed with tables and chairs outside the different places to eat, everyone seems to chilled out, and having a good time.

We have loved the seven years we have lived in our bright flat that is full of character . The flat is in a great location: we are only 20 minutes on the tube to Oxford Street and a stones throw from the Bell pub and Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery. Walthamstow has a real community feel and whilst our growing family has outgrown our flat we would hate to leave the area.
