We bought the apartment from new and as the first people to choose which plot we wanted we naturally chose the one we thought was best!! It is furthest away from the gates and car park area and there is only one other of this design, we knew we had to have it the moment we saw it.
The belvedere room and the lounge area have the most fantastic views over the grounds in front of us and we often see lots of wildlife, including a family of deer, foxes and many different birds. Having the extra space upstairs has been really useful – it is a lovely quiet area, great for sitting down to read a book or the Sunday papers and over the years has been used as a study, another living space and even a spare guest room.
