On returning to Reigate after some 20 years abroad I had a long wish list of what I wanted in a home, space, privacy, character, a manageable garden, parking and convenience for shops and stations. To find all of this and more without heading into fantasy prices was a surprise, and a very pleasant one.
This has been a comfortable and inviting home, in particular sitting in the conservatory or on the verandah on sunny days, reading a book and watching the birds feed.
