We have always loved living in this road, in fact we liked it so much we stayed here for fifty years.
Our home has grown over the years to help accommodate an expanding family and we’ve extended upstairs. Our kids used to play hide and seek in the left over eaves space when they were young- but we always knew where they’d be hiding!
Since then we’ve added solar panels and a new boiler and had the property re-wired. It’s very well insulated and so the bills are really low which is brilliant.
We love our gardening and we always liked the fact it is a nice level garden and it gets lots of sun as well which our exotic plants and visitors on the National Gardens scheme seem to love.
