We bought this house some four years ago for several reasons, but one was the location - just looking over the fields is so pleasant.
We have internally gone through the house from top to bottom replacing the kitchen and bathroom, heating system, windows and doors, decorating and flooring - all to get it just as we wanted. The result for us was right house, right spot.
The thing is we have always loved the Lake District and now is the right time to go.
