We have lived happily here for approximately 11 years, this is a fabulous apartment with all the spacious proportions that you would expect with a house. When we first pulled up outside this grand house and saw its setting we were immediately impressed and we knew this was where we wanted to live. The size of the apartment meant that whilst we downsized, we could retain a lot of our furniture from our previous home.

When we stepped into the communal reception hall, it certainly had the WOW factor and we were overwhelmed by its size and its display of traditional features. We especially love the patterned Mintern tiled floor, all of which provides a very suitable entrance to this grand house.

Upon entering the apartment we continued to be impressed with the character, for example the high ceilings with cornicing and panelling, also the large sash windows that provide a lot of natural light making the accommodation bright and airy.

The key feature for us was the benefit of having our own balcony which enjoys a fabulous aspect and we often sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine during the summer months.

Another advantage of living here is that we are only 1.3 miles from underground and over-ground stations, making central London very accessible, which we love as we can take full advantage of cultural events, theatre and dining out.
