We first saw this property before it was on the market and we couldn't believe our luck when it came up for sale, as the location was just what we were looking for. We needed more space and parking and this house gives us that.

The gardens offer a great degree of privacy and are full of wildlife, with butterflies and birds. It's delightful listening to the morning birdsong during the summer.

We always pop out for a local walk across the fields and we are lucky to have good neighbours. The famous Lavender Line is just down the road and makes a great day out for the family. There is a popular village pub and the local farm shop is handy to nip to for daily essentials.

It is a true country homestead, but it is time to downsize. We shall certainly miss this home.
