I bought this house in 2002 as my first time buy. I chose Dover to buy in as it offered excellent value for money, was close to the seaside as well as fantastic transport links to London and the continent and surrounding towns. It is also close to nearby shops and schools.

I have re-furbished the home throughout, designing the layout to maximise space providing a homely, but clean modern look. I added a removable floor which gives easy access to the first floor for any large furniture. I have also installed mains powered smoke detectors.

Even though there is a residence car park in front of the house I have created a space in front of the house to park my car.
