This was a first time buy for me and my sister approximately 10 years ago. We chose this home because of the size, it meant we could both live together under one roof but we had our own space.

The fact the home is so central was also a plus point, we can easily walk to the shops from here as well as Dover town with its fast train link to London.

Most recently we have rented it out and never had a problem doing so, the current tenant is paying £475 pcm.
