I have owned this flat since it was built and for me the main attraction was the location. It is literally just tucked away off the high street and has all the benefits you can expect of everything at your fingertips with the added bonus of being positioned well enough to still be quiet!

Since owning the flat I have had the windows replaced as well as having the flat re-decorated. I have now decided that I no longer wish to rent the flat out anymore so have decided to sell it on.
