I had been searching for flats in Dorking for quite some time and they were all really small and pokey, so when I walked through the door here, I instantly knew it was for me as I was overwhelmed by the size of it.
Since living here I have replaced the carpets and the block itself has had the windows replaced and the communal areas have been redecorated.
This place has been perfect for me as I commute into London every day so it's always pretty effortless from here. It's only now as my family is expanding that I find myself in a position where I need to get somewhere with at least an extra bedroom.
Needless to say I am hoping to stay local as I love the area.
