We bought the property in 2012 and were attracted to the pretty cul-de-sac, its proximity to Priory Park and the town centre and the fact it was within the catchment area for the 'outstanding' Reigate Parish Infant School, Reigate Priory Junior School and Reigate School.
We've spent two years planning and completing the refurbishment of the house, reconfiguring the majority of the house. We went to great lengths to integrate the second floor and by essentially rebuilding from the first floor up, have given our boys their own storey at the top of the house.
We really think our house is a perfect family home and hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
