Property description
This beautiful three bedroom converted property is located in the small hamlet of Kingsfold, which is in between the towns of Horsham and Dorking. Community life often revolves around “The Owl” public house where your new neighbours will soon become friends. Surrounded by stunning Sussex countryside it’s the perfect location for those of us that love the great outdoors and as you are never far away from a public footpath it’s so easy to get out there and explore.
The property has been much loved and well maintained by the current owners and I’m sure that buyers will be as impressed as I was. The entrance hall is a wonderful size offering plenty of space to welcome your guests, whilst the drawing room for me really adds the WOW factor to this home, it’s not just the fact that you have amazing views over the garden, or the fact that it is 27 feet long, but with the 9’7 ceilings the feeling of space and light is just immense, a room to be really proud of.
The kitchen/diner is also well proportioned and has numerous integrated appliances to make your life just that little bit easier.
You have two large double bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor. Whilst the master bedroom and en-suite is on the ground floor, so buyers in their later years looking for an alternative to a bungalow could also be well suited.
What the Owner says:
We were driving down to the boat at Shoreham when we drove past the agents for sale board and decided to turn off and take a closer look. We knew the area as a family member lived nearby in Warnham, however after looking for a new home for nearly 12 months we were half expecting to be disappointed, but how wrong we were. We loved the atmosphere of the courtyard from the very first moment and just couldn’t wait to step inside.
The garden has been a labour of love for us over the past 15 years, we have spent countless hours creating our perfect outside space which we hope our buyers will cherish as much as us. On warm sunny afternoons we love to sit under the pergola and admire our efforts.
