It wasn't until I moved here that I realised just how beautiful this area is. It is so peaceful here with the picturesque Surrey Hills on the doorstep in one direction and easy access to the Downs Link in the other. For anyone who likes the rural lifestyle, it really is a dream. I can look out of any of my windows and see trees and greenery all round - perfect!

If I need to pop to the shop, it's just down the road yet I don't feel isolated with Guildford and Cranleigh within easy reach. The location here has also worked well for my regular trips to London.

It's now time for me to downsize a little but I'm sure the new owners will fall in love with my home just as I did.
