With the budget we had we were so surprised what we could buy in Aylesham. The location was very important to us as we wanted to be as close to Canterbury as possible due to work. We have two children, so we were looking for a family home. We fell in love with the size of the garden as well as it is not being overlooked. It felt very open. The home needed some work but we could certainly see the potential. We have extended the drive, plastered some walls and ceilings as well as laid new carpets. We have also done some general re-decoration.
