We loved this apartment as soon as we viewed it as it had a spacious light, bright and airy interior and views of the Solent beyond the properties opposite and the ships going past.

There is a real sense of community in the development and on Hayling Island in general and as soon as you come over the bridge onto the island it just feels a bit more laidback and relaxed.
The beach is lovely to walk whatever the season and there are shops and pubs also only a short stroll away. It is stunning to sit on the balcony in the summer topping up our tan and watching the world go by.

We hope the next owners love it as much as we have.
