When looking for a house to buy we were initially attracted to Percy Road because of its slightly different and family unique layout. Although the bathroom is downstairs we have always liked that its in the middle of the house and not off the back of the kitchen like most houses in Portsmouth.

We love Southsea and being able to just walk down the road to Albert Road as its so easy to get to for the shops or even dinner and drinks.

The only reason we are moving is because our little family has outgrown the house and we need a bit more space.
