I originally bought the flat for its location. Lowcay Road is such a pretty road and mine is one of only a few flats in the road so its lovely and quiet.
The flat itself is lovely and spacious and because it has two double bedrooms, when I moved out with my partner I found it really easy to rent out.
I have always loved how close it is to everything because if you fancy a few drinks you can be on Albert Road in minutes and it is also really handy if you just need a pint of milk.
